• Art Schramm mentioned prior to the meeting that he had discussed having and event at Big Shots with the bar owner.


• Luke Graham will call Art on 01/11/2010, and ask him to set up the event time with the bar owner.


• Alison Graham will send out a flyer when the plans are in place




• Wild Wade’s High Performance Swap Meet and Trade Show.




• Jan 31st 2010, Iowa State Fair Grounds


• Luke Graham will call and ask for event pricing and information. If the booth is inexpensive enough we will just book it.


• Coleman Young will contact Fast Signs and get more stickers printed before the event.


• We would like one rig from each club

• A follow up call on stickers, flyers, event space, and rigs will go out on or before 01/25/2010 by either the President or the Secretary.

• MDW4WD meeting. April 23 – 25th Wisconsin.


• If IA4WDC plans on hosting the fall meeting (October), plans need to be made before the April event.
• Plan for the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area.
• Delegates from Damage, Inc club will check out hotels in there area that can host the meetings.




• Spring/Summer Area-51 and JOCCI farm runs need to be discussed and planned at the next meeting


• IA4WDC would like to possibly have a display on Main Street during the Iowa State Fair

• JOCCI-IA4WDC Run at The Farm Sept 19th and 20th.
• CI4WI’s forum was off line for a bit.
• Damage, is a new club which was at the last meeting. Based out of Eastern Iowa.
• Coleman has started in on the books we ordered from NORA. Sounds like they have a ton of good information.
• Do we have enough going on to start holding these meetings monthly?
  • Tentatively scheduled our next meeting for Saturday, October 10th
  • Location TBA. Might try to do a cookout.
• Hold another 4×4 event at a restaurant or vehicle dealership?

September 2009 National Off Road Association TAKE ACTION ALERT:
The National Off-Road Association (NORA) is choosing to Take Action against President Barack Obama and his administration. NORA believes that the Obama Administration is unaware of the connection between keeping Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) trails open and job sustainability/preservation. Our intention is to highlight the economic importance of motorized recreation with the need to keep OHV trails open.
